A full-scale website design and digital ecosystem project for FAWNA focused on building an integrated pet lovers platform that combines healthcare, adoption, social impact, commerce, and educational content into one unified user-centered experience.

Overview

FAWNA was developed as a comprehensive digital platform designed to become Indonesia’s leading all-in-one pet lovers ecosystem. The website served as both a brand authority platform and a conversion gateway for the broader FAWNA application ecosystem—introducing users to services such as pet healthcare, adoption, donations, shopping, and educational content. More than a standard promotional website, the platform was designed to position FAWNA as a lifestyle, utility, and social impact brand for modern pet owners by combining technology, emotional connection, and service accessibility.

Challenge

The primary challenge was creating a digital experience capable of representing multiple interconnected services—healthcare, adoption, foundation, e-commerce, and editorial—without overwhelming users or diluting the brand message. FAWNA needed to feel trustworthy, emotionally engaging, and technologically modern while balancing community, social mission, and business scalability. Structuring diverse user journeys into one cohesive ecosystem required strong UX architecture, strategic messaging, and clear feature communication.

Approach

I designed and developed FAWNA using an ecosystem-first UI/UX strategy centered on clarity, scalability, and emotional resonance. The platform prioritized seamless navigation between product pillars such as Fawna Care, Fawna Foundation, Fawna Adoption, and Fawna Shop while reinforcing one unified brand identity. Key priorities included mobile-first design logic, strong app-download conversion funnels, content-rich article architecture for SEO growth, trust-building through testimonials, and structured visual storytelling that positioned FAWNA as both a practical tool and meaningful movement for animal welfare. The visual system leveraged FAWNA’s teal-toned branding to create warmth, trust, and premium digital consistency.

Outcome

The final product established FAWNA as a more credible, emotionally resonant, and digitally competitive pet-tech ecosystem. Beyond serving as a website, the platform became a strategic growth infrastructure that unified app promotion, service education, social trust, and customer conversion into one scalable digital environment. By combining product ecosystem thinking with strong brand storytelling, FAWNA successfully evolved into a modern pet lifestyle platform capable of supporting long-term user growth, community trust, and social impact.
